To submit a request for an RMA you will need to send an email to service@dbtechusa.com to start a ticket in our system for your case. You will need to submit a completed RMA form with an accurate return shipping address and contact information. Warranty claims are subject to dBTech authorization and require a copy of the original purchase invoice for validation. Please reach out to your dealer if you do not have this information available.
The more information you can provide at the start of the case the faster we can process your request.
